We are delighted that you are here, and we can't wait to share our inclusive, imaginative + beautiful books with you ... 

DHMS is encouraging all students to read a book by a Black author during the month of February.  We've partnered with Brave + Kind to make the selecting + shopping easier!

If you go to the drop-down menu below "DHMS" you will find the books divided between ALL MIDDLE SCHOOLERS and OLDER MIDDLE SCHOOLERS.  

Add books to your cart and be sure to check out the rest of the site as well by clicking on items on the Main Menu.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT :

• In the NOTES section please include: "DHMS + CHILD’S NAME + ELA TEACHER + GRADE" so that we know you're part of the book fair, your books get delivered to the right room, and so that you get your FREE BRAVE + KIND TOTE.
• All money collected to purchase books for DHMS students will be given to Ms. Kochel.  She will use the money to make sure students get the opportunity to be a part of the celebration of Black History Month by not only reading a book by a Black author but also OWNING a book by a Black author.
• Select "PICK UP" as your delivery method.  Books will be delivered to the school on a ROLLING basis ... generally within 5 business days of the order placement date.
